These sort of posts really tear my heart to pieces, as I'm way up in MA. and this poor dog is in Georgia with puppies, and by the sounds of it nobody to help her. Crossposting, with some hope.... if they were up here, they'd already be here and warm and well fed :( *sigh*

Came into work today and a coworker, Connie, said a three-legged dog had
puppies on her front stoop last night in the freezing cold.
She had six puppies, one has died.
She had belonged to a neighbor who moved away and left her behind and
has been "hanging around" ever since.
She is a medium-sized black lab mix dog about 20-25 lbs.
Connie will not bring her inside and doesn't want her...
Is there anyone out there with room?
I can't tell you what the puppies look
like but they will die of exposure if left outside much longer.
I already have a mama cat and newborn kittens so I'm full and have no
place to put
her.
