Here are some pictures of my loveable moggies Jack & Sunny.
Myself and my boyfriend got them from Cats Protection in Bridgend, South Wales. They were both said to be around 9 years old, we have now had them a year and half, they are completely settled with us and give us so much love, I am so glad that we chose them, or rather they chose us! ;)

Aaaw, they are very sweet:D It's nice that you got them from the cats protection league also, the mother of one of my friends works for them:) My cat Zsa-Zsa sends huge greetings of meows to Wales for Jack and Sunny, and i hope to see more of your gorgeous pair in future!

What beautiful kitties and such nice pictures! I am so glad you were kind enough to adopt two older cats! They both look younger than that, and very healthy! I hope to see more of them here on PT! :D

Oh, those EYES! How stunning, the black 'eyeliner'. Are they littermates?
Those beautiful boys look much younger than their years, and obviously have a perfect loving home which created their youthful looks!
Wishing you many more loving years with your furbabies!

I am in complete agreememt with Kim on this issue as too many people will walk past Mature Adoptable Cta,in favor of the Kittens.
The Found Cats are mostly Older Ctas, and I couldnt he happier as they have a clamness that Kittens dont have.
Congratulations on Your Dynamic Duo,and The Found Cats MMMMMMEEEEOOOOOW
For Them Both.

Awwww, how sweet!! It is so great when your cats get along well, isn't it!
It was a very nice thing you did, by adopting 2 older cats!! Usually these "oldies" don't get adopted anymore, it is sad for them :(
But Jack and Sunny got the best forever home!!!
By the way, WELCOME TO PET TALK !!!!!

Welcome to PT!!! :) Jack and Sunny sure are handsome and look much younger than 10 1/2 years old. I'm so glad to hear that you decided to adopt two older cats and that they're doing so well. I look forward to hearing more about them and seeing more pictures of them too. :) I also have a Sunny and he'll be 6 years old in August. ;)

:) Awww thanks for all your kind words. Jack and sunny appreciate them too!
Felix you are quite welcome to take one of the pictures or all of them for use on your website. It would be an honour to be with other cats from the forum.
Sunny is a girl however ;) ....I believe they are litter mates although we don't know their exact date of birth, but they are very close and are together a lot, they also have identical markings on their eyes and the back of their heads. So I do think they are of the same litter.
I also thought they were younger than 9 years old, as this is the age that the people at the Cat's Protection guessed I think. I think it's hard for a vet to tell a cats age? ....
Myself and my boyfriend purposefully wanted to adopt two adult cats as they seem to get overlooked in favour of kittens which is sad, I wanted to give a loving home to two older cats as there are so many that don't have homes.
I visited about three times before I actually noticed Jack first, sunny was in isolation as she had a cold. He padded the glass window and my boyfriend noticed him, I said 'we want two really' and the woman then told us he'd come in with a girl cat called sunny so we visited her, and then decided on the spot to have them. I'm thankful Jack chose my boyfriend! I really can't imagine anybody else loving them as much as we do!
They are both so loving, Jack is a mummys boy always with me, and Sunny is a daddy's girl always with my boyfriend Kevin! So we have one each which is cool. Jack's a character, and sunny's latest fad is to have water from a long glass, she won't take it from a dish, she jumps on the sideboard and meows for her glass of water! they're so spoilt! lol
We decided to keep their original names too, it made it easier for them, and they also both know their names, they come if you call or look so they are aware of what they are called.
I love them :)

For some odd reason jack likes to sit on my shoulders, and that's not easy as he has got to be over 14lbs, he's a big cat!! When I have been swimming, he loves to chew my hair when it smells of chlorine! he also bites my ears and rolls around like crazy, he nearly does me a neck injury!!
Does anybody else find their cat likes the smell of chlorine or bleach?
Here he is going crazy!

Sunny and Jack are gorgeous! And, bless you for giving these older cats a furrever home; they deserve it just as much (if not more) than kittens. Kittenhood is temporary, but a grown cat has his personality pretty much settled down.
Looks like they are loving life with you and Kevin! And, it's nice that each one has 'chosen' one of you to be close with.
Many years of happines to all of you! And, keep posting pictures of these beautiful babies!
