Licking Toiletpaper

Ok... so... our cat has taken up a new habit, licking toilet paper. She doesn't seem to be chewing it, but she will sit on the toilet and lick the roll of paper until there are holes through several of the layers. Anyone else have this problem? Do I need to get her something more in her diet? Nutritional Issue? Or is it just another one of those crazy kitty quirks? :confused:

May I suggest you get a video of it and send it to America's Funniest Home Videos? Your cat may make you rich. :D

But seriously, I don't know. I've never known a cat to do that. Hopefully somebody on this forum can help you.

My girls love to play with TP, but I've never seen them lick it. I'll go into the bathroom every once in a while and the entire roll is on the floor in a big jumbled, scratched up mess :rolleyes: I think it's just a 'kitty quirk' and not much to worry about.
