Glad you arrived safely, if early, back home. Somehow I think Raustyk and Nanook thought it wasn't soon enough! Give those big lugs of yours a hug for me-- and of course, to Kaige, too! (also hope things work out well for your nephew.) Whenever you do come back to Findlay, let's do dinner again!

I left one of my lawn chairs there, a green one in a bag. Hopefully some one can put it to good use. I think I might of left my "dog towel" there too, for drying off the paws for the paw prints on the get well cards. Good thing my head is attatched isn't it? :p lol
Didn't notice that until I got back & was unpacking my van. lol

I had to come home from vacation a few days earlier than I wanted as my nephew is getting the pump inserted today. It's a pager sized machine that is hooked to his side 24/7 and tests his insulin every minute. Still very far from a cure but it does eliminate a TON of finger pricks! I'm so happy for them. That is much more important than a vacation!

Hopefully I can at least get my pics loaded today into an album somewhere for yous to look at.
Boy oh boy do I have a lof of pics, I have well over 300 from my vacation, at least 125 of them from the dog park. I also have a lot of threads to catch up on here at PT. :p

Aren't the pumps amazing? We recently had a client spend a week in our lab testing a new pump, very similar to what is now available, but even smaller and thinner. We were doing a study to be sure the tubing they were using is compatible with the insulin. We will be discussing results with them on Monday.

Glad to hear you made it home safe! Spot sure loved playing with Kaige, and that Indy girl really should have come home with me ;)

Yep that was me!!! LOL I take my pups to the park all the time for walks....I am the only crazy you will see driving down mainstreet with three danes hanging out the window..... :D

wow, took me a while to pass every single pictures, fun pictures! I still remember that day as it's today. :) that one lvdogs took of me, yikes! see my pores, eh? :p as I turned my head, she had her lens right in front of my face, I spooked grinningly away..hehe.
