Strikes me that the furry gang NEVER seem to be called by their Sunday name, well only maybe when a vase is about to be knocked over (  ) or some other kind of naw-tee-ness (who us, meowmie   ). Yup, we have developed many variations to their names, and

Firstly here's Tom. Most commonly known as Toms, or
Tommy Tickles/Cheeky Tommy Tickles
Le Thomas
Thomas le Tickles
Tom Puss (..how original)
Rubby Rubbing McRubber (he likes to rub against legs!! :D )
http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c145/kilbarchancats/PICT0002.jpg

Now to Candy who is
Candy Boots (the fur on her legs looks as if she is wearing little velvet bootees and jodphurs which are furry lined at the top)
Candy Cat
Miss Fancy
Bugger Boots (she is more often than not in a meddlesome, fussy and precocious mood :D )
Fussy Pants

And lastly to Max, who is mostly known as Maxer,
but sometimes Maxamols (due to a football player who played for Glasgow Rangers when max was a bitty kitten, with tremendous balls skill)
Maxamoose (as a young dude, he was a regular and tremendous mouser)
Big Dug (scottish for 'dog'.) He is one big, strong, hefty boy you know!
Maxy Sheep - again he is a large and robust cat  :D

So, now its your turn! I'm sure we all babble away (nonsensically to the outsider) such terms of endearment.

I love my babies! :D

Buffy was only the best TV show evah! Angel a close second. I'm constantly hanging Buffyverse names on new shelter cats.

At the shelter we do 'theme' names for litters, too. I just put Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John up for adoption. The Queer Eye guys were a big hit, as were the Trading Spaces crew. We all got a huge laugh out of the planet kitties. Poor little Uranus...
