I don't know wether to die my hair a certain colour I either want black on the top blonde on the bottom or the other way around and extensions but I dont need to see what those look like.

i think black on tips would look nice, i´ve been wanting to get extensions in that color (black that is so dark almost blue to contrast the blond but í havent been brave enough)

besides blonde on the tips would damage them more than black i think

I LOVE how Avril Lavigne had her hair a while back. It was the same as what you're describing. Her hair is dyed black and then the top part is dyed blonde. no lol it would be a mess if I did it myself I'm probly going in the summer I'm getting side bangs,extensions, and that done but probly with black ontop and blonde on the bottom

Maybe its just me but I was never fond of that hair style. Sure if you leave your hair down all the time it will look nice, but if you ever put your hair up, it would just look... well not right, cause the bottom half would be black and the top half blonde lol

I barley EVER where my hair up. Certainly not around people like my freinds. The only place I wear my hair up is home and work cuz I have to at work.

Make sure your job would allow for you to have your hair dyed like that because some work places have strict rules against "different" hair styles and stuff

If they say anything they can get in trouble cause it's considered discrimination just like if they told me to take my peircings out I could get them in big trouble.

No its not. When you were hired they should have had a description on what is and is not acceptable at your work place. If you show up with differently colored hair, or unacceptable piercings and they tell you to take them out, it is not considered discrimination.

I think you'd look great with your hair like that. There was actually a woman at my work the other day with hair similar to that but it was short and ohhh so cute!
If I was allowed to have "drastic" hair styles at work I'd do it (and I'm one of those old fogey people too:p).
