It's a program that allows for you to drag smilies from websites onto the program, and vice-versa! VERY useful in forums! :)

And Maya & Inka's mommy I'm not sure what the problem is, maybe just try again later? Or if it keeps giving you the error I save all of my .exe files for programs I download so I could send it to you if need be! :)

Yup that's exactly what I said hehe you *should* just be able to drag and drop them onto the program but on some sites you MIGHT have problems.

That's the coolest feature of this program though! Your very own portable smilie collection! :D
