I have never had the pleasure of actually seeing a Devon Rex. I was especially surprised to realize that they have three ears... I jokes! I jokes!

From what you write about Chrissy, I hope that someday a Devon Rex is numbered among those individuals I am fortunate enough to call friends. Chrissy certainly sounds like a great friend, not withstanding the fact that she should always be left alone when eating.

Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments about Chrissy and especially to the one who wrote her a song. I will sing it to her tonight. By the way, I am Chrissy's person, Jennifer.

A little update since I sent her picture in - she now weighs 7.2 lbs and at just 10 months she is a little plump. She is now completely off human food. I have to eat behind a closed door! But she still growls over the canned food she gets once a day.

She greatfully accepts all X's and O's, but asks for food donations first :)

As Chrissy's official Godmother I can attest to the growling and eating :rolleyes: she has already stolen half a sandwich, the pepperoni off my pizza, and the meat out of a sandwich, not to mention the times I've found her drinking out of my glass of soda! I couldn't love her more if she was mine, I worry when she's sick, rejoice when she's back to zooming around the house and usually love having my own little cuddle with her when I walk in. She's my ;) little cuddle puss and I couldn't be happier to see her recognized at cat of the day, she surely is in her own home and now the world can see her.

I have never had a devon rex, just the regular homeless cat, they are always pretty and have good personalities. For every purebred cat that comes from breeders, there's one less homeless cat saved.:( :(
