What to do for the holidays?

Ok so I have 1 chihuahua named chulo and 2 cats Howard and kitty kitty

I have never left chulo alone for more than a hour before!(or hes never left me)
my fiance and I are going on a cruise and i'm torn up about the dog!
we just moved here so i dont know anybody to leave him with while the cats are going to a kitty hotel they are fine being left alone. i'm just scared that the people at the pet hotel wont give him enough attention. Or that he will freak out.

Any reasurance would greatly help

Ask around, or ask your veterinarian if they know of a good dog-sitter. One dog I know goes to "camp" when his owners are away - goes to the home of a woman with dogs who play with him, and the dogs sit on the couch and watch videos with her during the day!

Seriously - go to wherever you buy pet treats,even people food, ask people there, and just ask for references before you commit to anyone.

Thank you so much I asked my vet and she said that there was
actully a chihuahua spa that i could take him to and its run by a family
that sits dogs that need lots of attention!
its kinda pricy but I'm gonna do it!
