Need experienced owner for only dog...

I am fostering an 80 lb. American Bulldog/Boxer mix named Casper who might be great for weight pull, drafting or search & Rescue. He is a sturdy, cheerful fellow, lovey dovey, with a super intense ball drive and needs to be an only dog (doesn't get along with housemates) with no kids (he's an oaf and clumsy and would surely knock them down by accident). He is healthy and UTD on shots & HW prevention. When we got him he had Erlichia (a tick-borne disease) but is cured and needs to be rechecked in May 06.

He knows some sign language. His minimal adoption fee includes me working with you for some training of handsigns, etc.

Have you tried posting him on Petfinder.com? On a board with animal lovers, it's going to be hard to find one who is looking for a pet that doesn't already have one. Good luck finding him a home!
