I wouldn't call Buddy a very big cat, but can he stretch out really long :D

Wow! That is one long kitty kat!! I'm always amazed at what positions and shapes kitties manage to get themselves into. Are there any bones in those soft, fuzzy bodies?

If he stretches any further, he'd have a long walk back home!

He is so sleek and pretty! Don't you just want to love them to pieces when they do that?!

How can a cat expand like that?

Elastic Vertebra Syndrome-

EVS is almost always happens when the brain sends a signal to the spine, via the ganglia, relaxing the musculature hoding the spinal cord, the discs and vertebra together. The expanding backbone of the feline increases the length of the cat to unimaginable proportions.

This usually happens during warm weather, on a cool spot or the fact that the cat wants to look cool.

EVS usually is a precursor to LIMP CAT SYNDROME.

LCS happens when you try to move a cat with EVS that is in your favorite chair.
