Ok, Pouncer has turned into a different kitty the past few days. The girls LOVE the new Pouncer -- I on the other hand think he's turned into a bratcat!
You see, he's turned into the sweetest, most loving cuddly boy around. but NOT to meowmie! Of course he ignores the only person in the house who wants a cuddly boy more than anything!
Its actually turning into an epidemic of sweetness. He begs for loving. He crawls into anybody's lap (except meowmie's!). Its DISGUSTING how incredibly sweet he has become!
Here he is this afternoon as the girls did their homework:

Here is not more than ten minutes ago with Ashley's boyfriend:

Isn't it disgusting?
Isn't he a bratcat?!?!?

OHHH do I detect a little envy here.
Pouncer is just looking for sympathy from the people who didn't bring him to the vet or pill him. :D
Don't worry meowmie, when he is all over his little snit for you, he'll come a running. Or should I say limping. :)

I think he's trying to get sympathy from them, and trying to make you feel guilty for taking him to that mean old Vet. and getting that green weight put on his foot! :D

You are sadly the heavy, as he blames you for the cast, taking him to the Vets etc.
Pouncer Angel will tell Pouncer how you are just helping him,and things will smooth over, and Pouncer will be your Friend again.

awwwwwww!! hehe. My grandma called my kitty Allie "bratcat" because she has an oxygen tank and Allie would chase her around and attack the cord.
Don't worry, he'll come to his senses! ;)

I think they KNOW when we would like some cuddling and, obstinate creatures that they are, do exactly the opposite! It CAN drive you crazy.
I do everything for my boys (make sure they have fresh, clean water, keep the bowls supplied with dry food, give Binky his favorite canned food, keep the litter box lump-free, distribute 'nip and treats when needed, brush them when they're in the mood, etc.) and what do they do? Snuggle with pawpie.
I know exactly how you feel.

I can hear Pouncer saying to you...."Nanny, nanny, boo, boo. :p . This will teach you not to take me to that V-E-T!"

Aw, Kim. Don't despair. Sometimes it seems that we are meantest to those we love the most.
You know how you'll cut a stranger some slack but blast one of your family members? I think that's what Pouncer is doing. He's gonna punish you for a while until he gets over his little temper tantrum. But, don't fear. He'll be your hissy boy again, real soon.

ah yes, the "bratcat" syndrome. I know that one! ;)
Meowmie always seems to be the one who gets the tail end - it is punishment! But, it won't last long. Pouncer will have to once again suck up to you :D
Cute pictures, Kim!! :D
