Because I can't quite put my finger on this ... Abby hasn't been herself for several weeks now, maybe even a month. She does eat just fine and uses the litterbox just fine as far as I can see. But she's been a lot less active (she's only 1.5 years old), sleeps quite a lot. And she has always been clumsy, but even more so as of late. If she jumps on anything about my waist-high, she doesn't make it and falls to the floor. That should NOT be an issue for her age. I did have her into the vet week before last but he didn't see anything obvious either and he said she appeared to be in perfect health ... Any suggestions, anyone? Or is she just ... I don't know !!

Well you know her better than anybody, and you would know better than anybody if she wasn't acting herself. USUALLY (especially at her age) she should be active and not clumsy. I'm wondering if she has a sight or ear problem that causes her equilibrium to make her off-balance??

I sure hope that whatever it is that it's not serious and I agree that maybe she could have an ear infection. The vet should've picked up on this though so it may be something else. Please keep us updated.

My Sunny is now 5 years old and I've also noticed that he sometimes has problems jumping up onto my dining room storage cabinet. He only has problems jumping up here but it doesn't always happen. I try not to worry too much about it.
