It was an indeed a surprise to see you greeting us today. It was a pleasant surprise however! :)
I have several opossums who live around my yard. I saw one strolling down my sidewalk just the other day. I've always liked them.

I think your possums are adorable. I found a baby in my back yard once and took it to the park where I let it go, hopefully to find it's Mama. I could not keep it as I have a cat but sure thought it was adorable. Keep up the good work. :p

What beautiful and most unique critters you are, Kisak and Suki-da! I've always found possums so fascinating and love when they come to the yard for a visit! Kisak, the expression on your face is priceless!:D Looks like you could use a pair of earplugs!;) Not easy being a sibling sometimes!:D It sounds like you and your guardian make a perfect team! What a loyal and loving friendship you all share. I'd love to see you guys tucked into your bonding pouch, tooling about town with your person:) How heads must turn!:)

Short-tailed Opossums are a different species than what we have here in North America as wild opossums.

"Short tailed opossums (Monodelphis domestica) are from South America, and are 4-6 inches long (body only; their tail is almost as long as the body) with thick grey-brown fur. The tail is prehensile, meaning it can wrap around and hold onto things, and hairless. They are marsupials, although they do not have a pouch like most marsupials. "
