My sister lives in South West Missouri, a few months ago her husband found a puppy, only a few weeks old, walking down a dirt road and they couldn't find his owners so they adopted him (they already have 3 dogs.. what’s one more??)
Odie was a black lab mix and was growing up to be a BIG dog!! He had an unfortunate run in with a copperhead snake and has since crossed the bridge.
He was only about 6 months old.
RIP sweet Odie... I never got to see you or hold you in my arms... I'm sorry you were taken from this earth so soon. I've seen pictures of you and you look like the sweetest little puppy!! It's so sad that you didn't even get to grow into those HUGE paws of yours!
My 3 1/2 year old niece Samantha & Odie were the best of friends. She will miss him terribly.
You get to meet Fagan, Kitten, Tequila and Emmy Lou now.
