Okay, I am kinda new to posting pics. :confused:

When I went to add the attachment and clicked on browse, it would not let me attach the file/pic.........only open.
Any ideas? I'm sure it's something REALLY simple.

One was from shutterfly.com (it's gateway comp. photo shop) and one off the web.

yorkster, if you have the pictures on your computer (not on the web or anything but actually on your computer) you can attach them to the post by clicking "attach" below. Then browse your computer and click on the file name of the picture. Your options will be to "open" or to "cancel" Click on "open" and the file name will show up in the space next to the browse button. However you have to make sure that the file is less than 60,000 bytes or an error will come up telling you the file is too big. The only way I know how to check for size is when you have the file name on the screen while browsing your computer (before clicking open) right click on it and then click on "Properties." That will tell you how many bytes the file is. If it's too big, you can use your photo software to reduce it.

Oh, and by "attaching" it like this, we will get a link to click on to see the picture, it won't actually show up in the post.

T&PM -- then what? I have browsed and have the file name in the space but it isn't showing up in the message box. Is there something else I need to do?

There are two ways of attaching photos. One is to click on IMG above where you type, and one to "Attach" which is below where you type. If the file name you want is in the space next to "browse" below, then you don't need to put it in the message box that comes up when you click on IMG. You need to do either one or the other. For the IMG one, you need a web address to put in there. That's why you can use the "Attach" if you don't have a web address. The name of the file is all you need to attach a photo. Once the file name is in the space next to browse, just hit "submit" or "preview" if you want to test it out first. Give it a try. If it doesn't work, let me know again and I'll try and explain better, and you can always delete the post if it doesn't work the way you would like.

I tried it again, and got a error message that said it was not the correct type of file, but it is JPG. I don't know...................
It's too bad because it really cute!
When my brother in law comes by, maybe he could figure it out.
