I am :confused: !!

Doesn't every person who has a wonderful, loving pet companion already have a Will made to protect their pet[s]?

Hopefully everyone who has a pet or pets sits down tonight and writes, at the very least, a Holographic Will. The definition of a holographic will is your last will and testament in your writing. All material provisions and clauses must be entirely handwritten. You must also sign and date the will and have it witnessed.

As far as I know, in Canada a holographic will entirely hand-written, signed and witnessed is honoured. Please protect your pet. Find out which family member or friend will take in your pet, love it as you do, provide veterinary care and ensure you pet lives its' full natural life span. Then make your will. Don't forget to leave money to that person to help them with the costs that will arise [vet bills].

You know, I think about that almost everyday. If I was gone, who would I trust to take care of my sweet baby. Forget baby sister. My other sister has three other dogs and two cats. Which MAXIMUS would have no part of. My brother has always been afraid of dogs in general, so that's not even a thought either. I really have NO idea. I've even considered asking certain other PTer's.
It is something everyone should think about. I really don't care about all the "stuff" I have. But, I am worried about MAXIMUS. He is almost four and a half years old, and, I still can't trust him to anyone inparticular. It really worries me, alot.
