I am  !!
Doesn't every person who has a wonderful, loving pet companion already have a Will made to protect their pet[s]?
Hopefully everyone who has a pet or pets sits down tonight and writes, at the very least, a Holographic Will. The definition of a holographic will is your last will and testament in your writing. All material provisions and clauses must be entirely handwritten. You must also sign and date the will and have it witnessed.
As far as I know, in Canada a holographic will entirely hand-written, signed and witnessed is honoured. Canadians may wish to read in the website: http://www.professionalreferrals.ca/article-113.html Residents of the United States may wish to check out this website: http://www.medlawplus.com/library/legal/lastwillandtestamentform.htm
Please protect your pet. Find out which family member or friend will take in your pet, love it as you do, provide veterinary care and ensure you pet lives its' full natural life span. Then make your will. Don't forget to leave money to that person to help them with the costs that will arise [vet bills].
To the person who submitted this to Pet Poll, thank you. Providing for our pets is our responsibility as pet owners.
