Meet Lizzy 4ft Iguana tons of pics on page

Hello all, use the link below for the page to all her pics so many on there. Lizzy was 3 feet when we rescued her from a couple who were gonna put her in the snow she was in a tank and could not turn around in it. I was unable to handle her touch her she wasnt very friendly.. after working with her for months and months i have an iguana who loves being held and loved on going places in the car "pet stores flea markets and park"
I am very happy we got her! They have such BIG personalties shes also potty trained and is a free roamer during the day kept up at night bc she dosnt like to share her room with the cats "they like the heat!" but shes always gettin along with them shes about 5 yrs old the vet said and is in great health! please take alook at her pics there 3 pages of them and more will be added at the bottom of the pages are 1 2 3 just click on the dfferent pages thx for looking! hope the link works...new to this :) please let me know what you think of Lizzy ann

:) lol yes she does have a long tale to tell :P thank you she is a beauty huh? not to many reptiles i see on this message board didnt know if people would take to her or not
but she is very loving and so smart and a big personalty~!

Carmen (also in MA) says Hi Lizzie!!!! Carmen was also a rescued girl, and very large as well. I got her almost 2 years ago from people who had no clue how to care for her (I didn't at the time either, but learned fast). She was POTD....http://petoftheday.com/archive/2004/July/02.html

She looks like quite a charming iggy. :) Where did you take her for a vet checkup? It's not easy finding vet that specialize in exotics, but I found a great one in Topsfield. ;)

thank you all for the kind words about my babies :) Lizzy is a wonderful iguana she tame and loving! i am going to take more pics of her in her new jacket this weekend! and QueenScoopalot you iggy looks so pretty her and lizzy have alot in common! id love to chat not very often i find people with the same love for reptiles and cats. swap stories? my email is [email protected] and seannmegans on AIM

Welcome to Pet Talk :D Lizzy is beautiful! Looks like she's come a long way :) I love the picture of her walking on the rock wall.

I have reptiles, too. I have a Water Dragon named Ace, and 2 Bearded Dragons named Almond and Pecan :) I also have dogs and cats ;)
