Find that dog doin' it's job!!
I name a breed, and then you find out what one of his jobs was in the breed's history and post a picture of the dog doin' its job. When you get the picture, you get to post the next breed for someone else to find the job.

Pekingese have no functional job other than lowering the blood pressure of their human companions via canine companionship ;)

i ment a flat-coat being agressive, being like a police dog, not a hunting dog

Are flat coats commonly used as police dogs? This thread is asking for dogs accomplishing the tasks they were originally meant for. Thus, the GSD herding and the Flat-coat retrieving ;) Instead of writing "flat coat being aggressive" which gives a slightly negative connotation, you could write "flat coated retreiver as police dog".

flat coats were bred for retrieving but also pointing the bird out too, i just thought i would like to see if there was any police dog flat coats, because someone did a german shepard herding and I din't even know they did that, when i wrote a flat coat aggressive i wasn't thinking and i was tired so i forgot what police dogs where called

LOL! German Shepherds original job was exactly that! They were SHEPHERDS! :D Also, GSDs are in the Herding group and not the Working group for a reason ;) I think way too many people forget what GSDs were actually bred for.
