I have no idea what this is. You mentioned it when talking about Phoebe and Zoe and I suppose I thought it is a colour.

Chantilly/Tiffany
The Chantilly/Tiffany is a new variety, developed in North America from a pair of chocolate colored cats of unknown ancestry. It should not be confused with the British Tiffanie. Called "The Chocoholics Delight", the Chantilly/Tiffany has soft, silky, semi-long hair, with a slender body, and comes in colors like chocolate, cinnamon, fawn, and lilac, in both solid and tabby patterns. It is not widely recognized.

Sounds delicious (you know, all these chocolate and cinnamon flavours together with chantilly which is whipped cream in French;) )
Can't you post a picture of Phoebe?:)

I have the site with all the breeders and most do not exist anymore. There are 2 both of which I have tried repeatedly to contact but to no avail. Hubby and I have been trying to get a Chantilly/Tiffany for over 2 years now. We want a chocolate just like in the picture above. I don't know how or where to find one but I think the only purebreds we will get from a breeder will be an Australian Tiffanie and a Chantilly/Tiffany. They are hard to get and are not found in any shelters. Any other cat aside from these 2 breeds we WILL be adopting from a shelter.
The Chatilly/Tiffany is not a new breed but it is fairly new. It have been around almost 40 years. Here is the link to it's history.

Thank you for the beautiful picture of the chocolate's.
My two girls, Zöe and Phoebe are solid Bleu, a lovely dark gray.
The breeder that I got my girls from in North Central West Virginia, Emberhearth.com, is now concentrating on RagDolls only..
I was very lucky to be in the right place at the right time.

This is my beautiful mother cat, Phoebe.
She is such a sweet natured girl, very shy and ladylike.
This breed is a one human type of cat, and if you are lucky enough for them to choose you as their human, then you will be blessed with lots of love and very soft purrs.

What beautiful cats - what a beautiful breed. I didn't know they existed. These seem very sweet-tempered, just from their photographs.
