Pics not related to neutering :D
I haven't posted in a while, things have been crazy with back to school etc... (we have four human babies!)
Alfie has settled in well, but unfortunately due to staying with his litter until fourteen weeks and living on a farm in the middle of nowhere (no visitors) although he was well loved and taken care of, he now has issues with fear.
Lack of early socialisation is a big problem but we are working with him.
It doesn't help that his mother is a pb German Shepherd (I know, daddy must have been a lab!)
So he's naturally a little aloof with strangers and protective of the house/garden.
Anyhow, we're working on it and he's making baby-steps towards realising that if he 'hams it up' life will ROCK!!!
About neutering:
Poor lad... I felt a right cow leaving him in, he's still just a wee boy, but it was the time.
He seems to have forgiven me, but still seems a bit uncomfortable two days on... Wound looks normal though so he's healing fine!
