Evening all,
Blessings be with all of you.
If it isn't one child it's another.

Morgan has been out of sorts.. so I took him to our incredible vet and she prescribed an antiimflammatory and muscle relaxor as she determined that Morgan has possible pinched nerves. He is tense all the way head down his spine. When my hubby and I would give him his meds he foamed at the mouth and drooled like a St. bernard.. then he'd throw up.
I called thevet and I said that I couldn't do this to him anymore. She asked me to try the liquid muscle relaxor and see what he did. I did and he repeated the drooling, foaming at the mouth.
I took him back in today. She maipulated his head and spine and said that it was a smidge better and we decided a one time only Steroid shot taht would last about 3 weeks. THis would allow the muscles and nerves to relax and heal. It was Depo Medrol.
Since he's been home.. he's like Arnold Swartzeeneggar. He and Clayton have been duking it out.. Morgan was literally on his HIND legs swatting at Clayton. He's like Jekyl and Hide. NOw he's lethargic and didn't eat much of his evening "snack". I looked up the side effects on the web and behavior modification, lethary, vomitting, panting, and increased water intake are possible side effects.
I am worried sick about him.. Do you all think he he;ll be ok?
Has anyone ever had to use this on their fur child?

MOmma is worried about her baby boy....can you all keep him in your thoughts?

PS.. Jesse James is running all thru the house... the other boys just sit and lok at him. :)

Poor thing! I don't have any advice as I have never had those problems, but I will keep your babies in my thoughts and prayers.

Sounds like Jesse James is feeling better :) What a wild man!

Ohhh Thank you Jen.
I am most grateful.

If you could ask my little outlaw to PLEASE let his MOmma get some sleep tongiht I would be SO grateful. He was up all night racing thru the house.. irritating his new "brothers" making baby wimpering sounds.. scratching in the litter box....I am exhausted!

I had to get up early to help with an SPCA fundraiser.....and the kids were "starving".

Jesse James is now taking a nap in his new padded cube with crinkle tunnel that I bought at PetSmart where the bake sale was.

What kind of MOmma would I be... if I was at petSmart ALL afternoon and didn't bring home the babies presents?:D
