My sister got a gerbil!

I absolutley love the little guy! Pics to come. He's agouti colored and so sweet! His name is Terrance. They said he will be fine alone because he has lived on his own for his whole life. We are not sure how old he is.

Terrance is very cute!! I noticed he had a long tail? I don't really know much about gerbils, but I haven't seen any with long tails before... what kind of gerbil is he?:)

Well, to tell you the truth, I don't know the latin name. He's a domestic gerbil, whatever they are called.
