swollen adams apple and wheezing

Hi, i have 2 english pointer dogs and one at the moment has a swollen adams apple and his breathing is like a wheezing noise, he also has a soft lump on the side of the neck which has just appeared, anybody come across this probelm before, he has had this 3 weeks ago then disappeared now it has come back, anybody heard of this thanks

i would take him to the vet right away. i have never heard of this, but it doesn't sound normal.

I dont understand the poll..what are the 1 and 2 for? But I do agree, take him to the vet ASAP.
