Abby's tornado shelter

I was interested that Abby has a Tornado Shelter. My Australian Shepherd, Blue, is afraid of thunder. I open the door to a large lower kitchen cabinet and ask if she wants to go "in the cupboard".:)

What a great idea ! If said in a matter-of-fact manner
to Blue, and the dog goes in & feels safer, why not ?

Welcome Sallie!! And I agree, if it works......!!!!!!!!! My Jing was so terrified by thunder she would try to squeeze her beautiful but big Labbie body BEHIND the toilet!!:eek:
