Not unless a vet prescribes it. Not pooping for a few days could indicate a problem (blockage etc) and your kitting needs to be seen by a vet. Not pooping on a regular basis is not a laughing matter.

Yes, this truly could be serious if your kitty is very constipated. Definately do not give your kitty a stool softener intended for humans.
