Irish Wolfhound Fans

Hi! I was just wondering how many of you would include the Irish Wolfhound in your top ten favourite breeds of dogs?:confused: Well I just adore them and I would like to know how many of you out there do to.


P.S. If you own an Irish Wolfhound please post pictures of it (if you can) and tell all about it if you want to. I would be really greatful and also if you know of any good Irish Wolfhound sites please tell me!:)

Welcome to the site! I think you have chosen a fantastic breed as a favorite! I really, really like them alot. The only bad thing about them, in my opinion, is the lifespan thing. Their life spans are just not as long as I like.

There was a lady at the vet where i used to work who brought her wolfhounds in on a regular basis. She had show champs (2 of them) and she also bred on a limited basis. She had a couple of standard common grays and one really neat cream colored. I REALLY liked the cream colored bitch she had.

Anyway, welcome to the site. I am glad to have an Irish Wolfhound lover to add to the mix :) I hope you like it here as much as me :)

The Irish Wolfhound is definately on my list of dogs I'd like to have someday. Of course they usually choose me before I can choose them so we'll see :)
