Today is Maggy's 5th Birthday! :D
To my dear, sweet Maggy:
Happy birthday, baby! Today is your 5th birthday which means the last 5 years of my life have been so much happier with you being part of it. I can remember the day we went to see you as an 8 week old puppy in that huge pen with your brother. You were so tiny and precious. I knew I had to have you. I've had animals all my life, but none have touched me the way you have. I love your playfulness, your sweetness and everything in between. You have been such a joy to have in my home. You bring me so much joy and companionship, and all you ask in return is that I throw your ball and the occasional belly rub. It is so funny to see how a little 10 pound dog can turn a 240 lb. man like your daddy into mush! You've got him wrapped around your little curly tail.
If I'm sad, you curl up around my neck and give me kisses, if I'm tired, you curl up next to me and nap with me. You always know how to respond to me. Your unconditional love has taught me so much. I strive to be the person you think I am. I can only hope I've made your life half as happy as you've made mine.
I love you, baby!
