I'll be gone tomorrow morning until the 18th. :) I am very excited! We're staying at a beach condo on Ocean Isle beach, and it's gonna be amazing. I can't wait, since I'm a beach person. I love to watch the sunsets.. I hear it's beautiful down there.. so I am looking foward to it! I'll bring back TONS of pics, because I just bought a 256 MB for my camera, and it'll load anywhere from 100 up to 600 pictures! :D Not sure if I'll be bringing my laptop though, so I could upload and leave my pictures on here.. thinking about it.. but I won't have the net' access so I think I'd rather die w/out not being able to hop online, haha..

Oh, my family used to go to Ocean Isle Beach! We haven't been in over 10 years (the kids grew up) but I was thinking of taking my own baby there next year. Please let me know what it's like now - take lots of pictures! There was hardly ANYTHING on it 10 years ago, just a shop or two and a dinky little water slide.

Kari, Ocean Isle is in NC, above Little River and Calabash.

Hope you have fun at the beach, Rachel!!! :) We vacation at Holden Beach, just north of Ocean Isle and we just got back two weeks ago! I have a very good friend who lives at Oak Island, too. :)

I'm only about 10 minutes from Ocean Isle Beach!! We walk the dogs there all the time!!!!!!! How cool!! A Pet Talker in my neck of the woods!!!!!

It should be gorgeous down here - but HOT! So be prepared to cool down in the ocean/pool a lot! ;)

hhmm...maybe a trip to OIB will be in order between the 8th and 18th.....;) :D

Oh my gosh! That's crazy! LOL. I won't have the dogs with me, of course.. but it'd be neat to meet you! I would love to meet your Danes... I know I'll just be on the beach the entire time haha.. We're staying at the condo - Sand Castles.. know where that is??

hhmm...sounds familiar....there are only a few actual condos at Ocean Isle - mostly houses on the beach, so I'm sure it's pretty easy to find!

How exciting!!! :D Sounds like the weather is going to be great! Oh, and when they say the temp is going to be in the 80's - that means that with the heat index, it will feel like 100+ :o :cool:

Really? Wow, I think I'd pass out, but that's okay... I LOVE that type of weather, anyway.. I love the beach..
