WOW, what a Dog of the Day! Blue you take an awesome picture. I just couldn't stop staring at that beautiful coat and those gorgeous eyes. Being the smartest pup in class must make your person so very proud, and now as Dog of the Day, you rate once again. Most of all though I think your family would be proud of what a loving and good dog they have to share their days with. You have made a wonderful start in life and landed in the best place possible, with people who appreciate just how special you are. We have an Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler that is 4 years old - and he behaves exactly like your dog - even in puppy pre-school he was 'the genius' of the class!

He still automatically goes in his crate when he sees we are getting ready to leave; he is very smart and has a very extensive vocabulary - we have to say "w" when we want to talk about going for a "walk" because he gets very excited. Pretty soon he'll figure that out too - he figures everything out eventually.

Our dog is LOTS of fun and never boring - so you have lots of happy years ahead of you, just be sure to keep her busy; one great game to play inside is 'hide and seek' - hide a toy and say "find it" and watch how smart this breed is!! It doesn't take very much 'practice' for this breed to learn anything.
