Tibby has dandruff!

I was brushing Tibby and noticed that she had dandruff on her tail! What can I do to fix it? I never bathe her, because so far it never seems like she needed a bath. She eats a pretty good food, I give her nutro indoor formula. Anyone else have this problem?

Eddie has bad danderuff by his tail too. I try brushing it. Aslo a rub with a piece of silk helps.

Well, Rusty has dandruff, but the vet told me it is because he is rather plump and has difficulty cleaning some areas on his back, so we try and help him out as much as we can by combing him. I don't think that he would appreciate a bath.

Livvy had dandruff towards the end. Our vet said it was because she couldn't reach the base of her tail when cleaning.

Maybe that's why?

Rocky sometimes has dandruff which is white flakes, he's black so it's really easy to see and tell what it is.

If it's not white and is rather waxy, you might want to check for stud tail.

MOOSE HAS DANDRUFF,AS HE,IS SO VERY HEAVY,AND CANNOT REACH,THE BACK PART,OF HIS TAIL.SCRAPPY,HAD THAT SAME PROBLEM,AND THE ONLY THING,I CAN DO,WITHMOOSE,IS TO BRUSH HIM,ON A REGULAR BASIS.
