What should I do?

Well where do I begin?? Well it is like this, almost every dog around me are treated wrongly. One side forgets to feed the dog constanly. The other side the dog does not have a proper dog house, carries around the hugest chain ( not in the lenght), and is very old with positivly not love. Well this dog owner is atleast trying unlike the other side. Oh, the dog that is very old is not an only dog, there is another one and it is so spoiled, that it is over weight.

The question is . . how can i help these dogs?? How can I make their lives a little better?

Could you offer to take them for walks everyday or so, on your own time and do it just because you love them? Maybe with that sort of attitude, the owners wouldn't mind, plus the dogs would get good exercise, and of course, you could slip a few morsels of something good to eat to them too. I don't see why it wouldn't be worth a try. It also might give you the opportunity to make subtle suggestions to the owners about the dogs, once you get to know them better.

If you are to young to make these decisions on your
own(younger person) , just tell your Mom or Dad how
you feel about the dogs, and that you would like to
help them be happier & healthier by offering to walk
and socialize with them.... Bless you for caring !!!

Thanks Lizbud and Logan for your suggestions!! I really appreciate (spellcheck) it. But the thing is that my mom and dad do not let me walk them and i havd tried to talk to them before:( .
