I thought this would be a neat idea I know that alot of us own and ride horses and it would be cool to get to know them better so i thought that we could post pics and give descriptions and info.:D fell free to post as many pictures as you want!!!!.... I will start it off in the next post:)

this is Tornado known as Big Guy he is as you can see a bay his breed is Quarter Horse his favorite treat is apple treats he is 4 years old and I have had him since he was a yearling ....he is a horse with more heart then I have ever seen he only wants to please!:D .... his future includes barrel racing we go to our first play date next week!!:D

this is sugar nick names include sugie & goof ballI have had her since the first grade she is 11 years old and shares the same birthday as me and I don't think that there could be a better horse around!! I just love her to death and I look forward to many more happy years with her!!

She is an 11 year old quarter horse, she was the pasture mate with my good old gal RB Sis. She is a registered Quarter horse and her reigning name is Little S B. I have known her for about 3 years and I just started riding her about 3 weeks ago.:)

I'll post Shrek because I probably will shareboard him as soon as I get my license and then maybe buy him and get a shareboarder in a few years but I need to get my right foot straight when I ride before I can go back to riding him.

He is a seven year old bay ex- racehorse and a good boy. He loves jumping and rides with his tounge sticking out because they tied it out of the way for his racing career.

Here is Player, jockey club name I'm A Player. I shareboarded him and was going to buy him in a few years but because of certain circumstances he was sold.:mad:

He is a 6 year old ex- racer and my baby:( I really miss him! He is seal brown and loves to jump. He has Seattle Slew as his Grand sire and lots of legends in his pedegree. He was an ungelded 4 year old when he came to my stable. I miss him! He had his golden b day this month and he loves starlight peppermints. He is slow to like people but forms strong bonds with his caretakers. He also loves racing me and following me around for dandelions. I want him back so bad! :(

Here's Flair. He's just had a bath and finished rolling. I love this pic. He just turned 21 earlier this month. He's an Arabian and I've had him since he was 10 months old.

I believe Valerie told me once that's an Arabian marking, i'm not sure.

Yep. The Arabian Society came out(I think 1987) and did it for a small fee.

Thumper is a 13 year old Quarter Horse / Mustang, Gelding. He is the first horse me and my sister ever owned (together). We started showing him about 4 years ago, (we have had him for about 6 years) and about 2 years ago we moved him from my neighbors where we borded him, to our house. We got him for a birthday present from my neighbor, and he bought him for only $100.

Thumper is a 10 year old Quarter Horse / Paint, Gelding. He is the first horse of my own. I showed him the July after I got him (got him in Jan.) 2 years ago. We got Grand Champion in a 3 day show! I payed $1,200 for him. I havent riden him in about a year. Because I am a little scared of this wild boy. But I have to get back in the saddle, we have a show next Saturday *bits nails*!!

I don't have horses but here's a pic of Fengur frá Bergporsvholi or just Fengur. I took care of him for 5 or 6 years until the stable moved too far away last year. hes an Islandic pony and hes now 21... I'm afraid that I will never see him again.Anyway Fengur is a gentleman but theres only few people who love to ride him(Im one of them:D ) . I guess he will retard in just few years now so maby I could try to buy him then :rolleyes:

Last June, the day before our first show, Austin got an absess in his foot. The vet said not to ride him, and hopefully I would be able to show in the 4 day show in July. When July came he still wasnt better. So I took on of the horses I show for another guy to the show. We did fairly good. Then, I was riding one of the horses from the guys house, and I broke my arm.

I have been scared of horses, but I dont know why... I love them so much, but as soon as I get my butt in the saddle, I get so scared something is going to happen. I wish I wasnt afraid, and I try SO hard not to be, but I still am, and I dont know what to do... :(
