I have had PeeDee for almost three years, and two younger PDs for about 1 1/2 years. Recently I noticed that PeeDee's male parts are EXTREMLY puffy and swolen. Does anyone know what this means? I'm guessing he's in heat, but want to make sure. If something is wrong I want to take him to the vet.
