that Puddin, the calico is pregnant! I was in their room today and I was combing her. I felt her belly. It was a little "round" and hard. Her nipples aren't prodruding so I'm not sure.
She can't be more than a year old, if that. She's still got kitten features and her teeth are pearly white.
I'll let you know when I find out. *sigh* just my luck!

well Donna if she is then your saved her and her baby(babies). So as bad luck as it is that she maybe pregnant it's good luck for Puddin' that you took her in and she didn't have those babies in the shelter or that the shelter may have put her to sleep and lost her and her babies. yikes. Good Luck and let us know.

let's hope not!
maybe I missed a thread somewhere about puddin' ..where or how did you got her?
has she been behaving a little differently.. (you could tell!) or a hunger lately? those could tell you she is!
sometimes lumps came out to be hernias, unproductive milking, budgled muscles.. wouldn't you want take her to vet? because they can confirm that! (unless this evil money is an issue..)
take care, :)

I took Puddin (now named Bridget) to the Grosse Ile Animal Shelter yesterday. Yup, she's pregnant. That's the first thing Lora said to me. So, she's in a good place right now. She'll have a MUCH better chance of getting adopted there than living in my back bedroom.
I think she's probably in the early stages of her pregnancy. When she has her babies, I'll get pictures.

Good Luck Bridget....she is still Puddin' to me :D I know you will find a wonderful furrever home and you will soon have some sweet babies to care for. And I am sure they will all find great furrever homes too. Something told you when you went to see Parker to ask for Puddin' too. She needed you Donna. And she was telling you so. You saved her life and those little unborn babies too. A true angel for them. Now all paws and fingers and whiskers and toes crossed here that she and her babies(eventually when they are born) all find great homes.

Yes, she certainly picked you because she knew that you would help her. Glad she is at a place where she will get the exposure to become adopted. Looking forward to kitty pictures. Thank you for saving her!
