potty outside! ok we have a problem with Blair, basicly he WAS housetrained, however recently decided it was more fun to potty inside. a few minuts ago my mom sent Blair downstairs for me to let him out, he used to happily prance outside with me, instead he took off around the other direction, as soon as he saw my eyes on him while he was in the living room he took off again upstairs and as I was trying to catch him, he proceeded to start peeing on the floor right in front of me! I yelled at him(while he was in the act obviously) grabbed him and dragged him outside, he dug his claws in the whole way, resisting me, I got him outside he finnished his buisness(I hope) then proceeded to drag him into the bathroom(it is one of his confinment area's) basicly we are treating him like a puppy that has never been housetrained yet, at all times he is either leashed to one of us, gated in the bathroom, crated or outside, so that he has no option but to go outside, lot of good thats doing, yesterday he refused to go potty at all! as soon as he finnished his breaky he headed staright for the LR, but I grabbed him and sent him outside where he proceeded to do his tigger bounces against the door for 20 minuts, he did not go first thing in the morning or after meals, he is just holding it in waiting for the split second someone turns their eye, or the split second he can slip our reach to go in the house. I realize he is at the challage for alpha stage right now, and we have been very tough on him to keep him down, problem is he is rather dumb, so things that would clue in any reasonably smart dog, does'nt clue Blair in at all, and when he does figer something out he forgets 2 seconds later, I swear there is something wronge with his brain lol. does anyone have any stupid proof methodes to try? he needs to not only stay below us, but stay low in the dog pack, as he is rising up, and until we can get the money to neuter him he cannot be above Ripley(dont ask, long story) as for the potty problem, I dont think there is much else we can do lol
