Well I found out some info on puppy school and I am putting my Sadie in the sessions starting in June. I have no doubt she will learn fast. Within a day I had taught her to "shake a paw"...it started out as a game and then I thought, "ok, lets try this" and bang, she is quite the smart puppy ... now if only she'd stop digging holes and stealing clothes:mad:

It will happen in time mate. Once the training gets under way and she starts learning a few commands, you will find the hole digging will become a lot less. There are several things you could do though. Make sure there are things in the back yard to keep her entertained, like kongs etc. Also perhaps a dedicated digging area, like a sand pit. My backyard looked like Beruit, before Oggy got out of the digging stage.:)

thanks for the info. I will definately be giving my puppy her own digging pit. This was mentioned by a few other people from the group. It's a great idea! it's just a matter of figuring out where....I have a daycare and so it needs to be out of the way of child play. Anyway's, sure hoping training or growing up will get her away from that habit. Thanks
