I rescued the most darling little black poof ball cat last night from an area overrun with dumped pets. I had spotted her four nights ago, and left food for the famished girl. I saw her again last night looking for crumbs where I had left the food before. She acted feral night #1, but was meowing to me last night...so I had to take her in. Annabelle looks part Persian (and was covered with mats which are gone now), and is just the most thankful little girl now that she's off the streets. I took her into the vets this AM for testing, and vaccines, as she was to go to Petsmart tomorrow for possible adoption. She wasn't vaccinated as the bad news is she tested positive for FeLV. :( I emailed the person who adopted gorgeous Isaac (I posted on Cat Memorial) and am hoping and praying that they'll be willing to risk additional heartbreak over this sweet little heartbreaker. All she wants to do is sit in my lap, and nuzzle me. I don't have the heart to PTS her but finding homes willing to take on a cat that may die in such a short time, is so difficult. I'm trying all my options, and spreading the word about her, but a few PT prayers never hurt, and alway help. Please pray someone says "YES" to this precious girl. ;)

There is someone out ther that will give this little girl a happy even if it maybe a short life she deserves that. Poor little angel. We are wishing and hoping for a big "YES ABSOLUTELY" from someone. Let this little sweetheart have a happy little life. Please.

Hi once again, QueenScoopsalot! As always, little Annabelle is very much in my prayers. I pray for her recovery because she has so much to give to a special someone out there who will care for her, love her, and show her all the happiness all pets deserve. St. Francis of Assisi is the patron saint of animals and he's looking out for her right now. Please let us know how she makes out, this one needs a happy ending. Thank you for all your rescue efforts. How can I help?

Thank you for your prayers everyone, and I have to say, I've never seen prayers answered as fast as today! :D It's hard enough to find a great home for a healthy cat, and it's so much harder to find one so fast for a FeLV+ one! :)
