it's a sure sign of spring--Cats mewing at their access window. So on the weekend I shoveled out the snow by the fence and opened the cat run for the season.

Polly debating about getting her paws wet--for a former feral she is very reluctant to go outside now!

Great pictures! It's like they want to go outside, but they don't want to get their little tootsies wet in the process. :D

Anchorage, AK had about the same temps as we had here in Chicago yesterday. Is it that warm by you too? If so, all that snow should be gone in no time and they can go outside without worry of dirtying their precious little paws. ;) :D

thanks everyone.

Our temps have been above average for the past few days. it was about 15C yesterday. I think that's 58 or so in Farenheit. Our normal temps are highs of 9C and just below freezing at night. It froze lightly last night. It's easy to spot the tourists this time of year--they are still wearing sweaters, jackets, gloves ect. The locals are in shorts and tanktops!:p
