Neighborhood Kitty?

This cat has been "adopted" by several homeowners in my neighborhood, three of them feed her, and I bathe her once or twice a month.
I have been considering trying to either adopt this kitty or hop it over to the animal shelter.
Anyway, I'm not sure what breed of cat this is. I've done some research and narrowed it down. But there's really no telling for me, although it's most distinct feature is a stubby tail.

And since no one has given her a name, I decided to name her Kiki
