View Full Version : Does your dog like Ice Cream?

Post here, if you give your dog ice cream and it likes it. We give Buddy some sometimes, but only a little. That's because milk isn't supposed to be too good for dogs. Post here and vote on the poll please.:)

I try not to give my dogs a lot of human food but I do occasionally, the last time they had ice cream was when Tango was only 7 months old. Tango, Echo and Jesse seemed to like it but Tia didn't lol. I think it was too cold for her.

Autumn doesn't have any problems with dairy products so she gets a plain small sundae or a small vanilla cone whenever we go out for ice cream. Pepper loves it if she steals it, but she would have to stay outside all night if we gave her ice cream if ya know what I mean.:eek:

Oggy & Flute just love icecream. I normally just give them a teaspoon full though, but as I hardly have it myself, they don't get it often at all.

Are you kidding? They love it! But unfortunately for them they rarely get any. But if I do have some they are always there and ready to lick my bowl clean:D

Mine get an occasional spoonful if i'm having some and feel like sharing. They get FrostyPaws instead though.
Sometimes I feel guilty for eating a yummy bowl of icecream so I let them share a frosty paw.

I almost always let them lick my bowl clean.

I do the same as Kay, when we're eating ice cream or popsicles I give Gonzo a Frosty Paws. . :p so I don't have to share mine

I went on that shortcut- thanks a lot for it, it helped a lot. I'm going to see if I can buy Buddy a Frosty Paw next time I'm at Wal-Mart. I believe the voting for the poll is over, so if you wanted to post just post yes, no or sometimes here

Also if you have any additional comments on ice cream eating, feel free to post
