actully I am downloading a program now that is suppose to make those. Once I get it and try it out will let you know if it works. Suppose to be very easy. :confused: easy...we'll see

I use a program called unfreeze that can be found at http://www.whitsoftdev.com, but unfortunately I can't get their site to load right now. :confused:

I think the one you suggested was great. It is so easy. Once I resized my pics with photoshop and then converted them to .gif everything was a breeze. just drag em in and set your time and click make animated gif. Beauty. great little program. How does my avatar look?

Looks great! You might want to slow it down a bit so we can get a better look at each of your babies, but other than that, it looks great! :D
