My sister got to move into her new house yesterday and that meant moving her eight kitties and her new pup. How do you move eight kitties and a dog with only two carriers? Very carefully!:D
The 'zoo' was divided into three groups: good crew, bad crew, and dog crew. Good crew were the kitties that would share a carrier with only the bare minimum of crying on the trip. Bad crew were those who she had to put into the carriers and hope they all arrived at the new place with fur, purr, and other body parts intact.
You remember that old joke, you have a fox, a hen, and a bag of hen food and you have to get them across the lake but can only take one at a time? ... That would be bad crew in a nutshell!
Anyway, I didn't get to talk to her last night after everybody made it their new home but I'll let you know if everyone survived! :D
So, anyway, I just wanted to say congrats to my sister for moving into her new house and surviving Operation Move the Zoo. Next week when I go visit, I'll bring back pictures. ;)
