Debbie and Peanut......Butter pics

I had a hard time getting a picture of how Butter's legs look, Debbie, but I think you can get the idea at least. These were taken the day after he had gone to the vet.

It was not easy to get him to sit still for me. The sore was equally bad on the other leg. They had already started drying up by the time I took these. He looks much better now. I am ashamed of myself, but somehow we have lost his medicine and I'm going to have to go back and get more today. Therefore I can't tell you the name! :o

Here are a couple of cute pictures Helen took of him last night. Does he look spoiled? She gave him milk and he expects it from her, too! :D

Dear Butter boy, you don't look spoiled but adorable and sweet.

I am so sorry for the ouchie at your leg and hope your mom finds your medicine soon (I hope it wasn't you who hid it ;))

Butter (the little "pat" of Butter) is doing great, Gary! He did this to himself over one weekend, but he is on the mend, I promise!!!! :)

Thanks for all the good wishes. He is a sweet boy (most of the time).

Oh, ouchie, Butter! That does look nasty and I can see why your meowmie is so concerned! It looks much worse than what Peanut does to herself. She only licks the hair clean but it doesn't get red and nasty looking like that! Here's a picture taken a few years ago where Peanut ever so kindly showed off one of her bare spots.

That particular spot has grown back but her one front leg is completely bare underneath and the other is half bare. Have to see if I can get some good pics of it.

But as you can see, Butter, your ouchies are much worse so you really must let your meowmie put the medicine on it - once she finds it that is. ;)

Thanks for the pics Logan. Will be awaiting the name of the medicine. If it works on something as bad as what Butter has, it should perform miracles on Peanut! ;)

Butterboy, I can't believe that you accomplished all that in one weekend!!! :eek: I hope that you will heal equally quickly! I'm glad that you posted about this because I never knew kitties could do this to themselves. :( PT is a great teaching aid! ;)
