Last night hubby and I both took the dog out for her potty time. Corey (hubby) started laughing. I asked what he was laughing at and he pointed at the window. I looked inside the window which leads to our hallway. All I see is Rachel running full speed down the hallway and Cubby puffed up. I started laughing. Then we saw Cubby running full speed after Rachel. As soon as Cubby seen me looking at the two of them he ran into the bedroom. Rachel on the other hand jumped up on the wall. We have a chair rail thing and she was on top of that. Then she flew into the bathroom. Cubby stuck his head out the bedroom door. Rachel ran past Cubby slapped him trying to get him to chase her. Cubby turned and looked at us so we quickly turned our heads. We looked again and we seen Cubby chasing Rachel through the house. I couldn't stop laughing. I have never seen the two of them play as much as they did last night. I am sooooo happy now!
I have thought long and hard about Rachel. I have asked myself over and over if I made the right decision. I have wondered if I made a bad choice by bringing her in to our home. After last night I see that she has proven me wrong. Not just her Cubby also. Last night after I went to bed. I tried to act like I was asleep to see what Cubby does besides steal my pillow at night. Well I heard Rachel cry a few times looking for someone to pet her or be next to her. Cubby got up off my pillow to go and find her. I got up to go potty (I didn't need to I just wanted to see what they were doing.) They were both on the same chair together. :D I love my babies so much right now.
Of course today Cubby is ignoring her.
