I would like to be sure what breed my cat is.

As well Samantha does some incredible things, which I've written up on a simple web page. You may copy/paste this link to the site:

I am able to give Sam fairly complex instructions, which she will adhere to. At a different time I can alter the instructions slightly and restate the order of what I want her to do or parameters to stay within. Sam adheres to instruction most of the time from where she cannot go when she goes outside, to not killing mice when she brings them to me. She will sit, bow her head like she was praying before she eats, lay down, and a host of other things upon instruction.

Sam is a salvaged cat found during a blizzard in Winter Park. She'd been living in the wild by what we were able to ascertain.

Hi, You have to upload the pictures onto your server and THEN link them to your website.

As it stands I can read all about your Samantha but I can not see the pictures on your website as they are saved on your computers hard drive not the server.

She sounds like a wonderful cat, let me know when you have uploaded the pictures as I would like to see them :)

Thank you for sending the message. I just checked the links to the images and of course they are wrong.... Darn.

MS Front Page is really lame. I know better than to "embed" the images when I save the html, but did it anyway. I sell a lot on ebay and should know better.

Regardless will fix it momentarily.

People think that I make up what she can do. However she really does these things. The more I search on the web the more I think she is Siberian, but the more I read about Siberian's they were not imported from Russia until 1990. I've seen three cats like Sam in my life. One the curator at the Denver Humane Society owned, then Sam, and a huge wild cat that came around briefly to look at Sam through the window four winters past. This cat was obviously male and in the snow had a stride of not less than 14 feet when he ran.

All three cats are the most amazing cats I've ever seen. The wild one was unimaginably illusive.

The more I read on the Web the more I understand just what a special cat God has given me.

I belive you. My boy cat, Lamoni, is smart. Fifi, my girl cat is almost as smart as he is. It is the environment in which they live and how you treat them, mostly.

Looks like Sam is a Maine Coon mix. The MC breaders that I have talked to refer to the mixes as "Maine Shag".

It is of little matter if you are not going to show. Love them and treat them well. You will be well rewarded as you already know.
