I am assuming German Shepard lover was banned because he/she is under 13. If you take a look at the old messages in one, he/she says he/she is 11 years old (even though the DOB in the profile would make him/her 13). Shortly thereafter he/she was banned. No one under 13 can have an internet account without a parent being onboard.

Unless you have pictures of your own dogs you can not have a sig. It is against the law to use other peoples pictures (especially when they are copyrighted like the ones you have already posted I might point out) unless you haver permission from the original photographer.
