Ok, now for my dogs problem. I thought that I had this taken care of but apparently not. I go out of the shower this morning, to find that my couch seat cussion has a bit more missing out of it. Well I couldn't punish her then, she was already done. And she knew that she did something wrong, she was giving me "the look". I wish that I took a pic. She also has been pooping inside  I just cleans these carpets! Maybe because it's been cold and wet out, BUT that's not were she was trained (or not:rolleyes: ), she was trained (or not) to go OUTSIDE! I keep spraying that "no-go" stuff from petsmart on the floor and I've also been using "Natures Mericle". It's not working to get her to stop going in the house  I'll take a pic of the sofa this weekend for your entertainment.

I am guessing that you have beagles - not much of a guess considering the beautiful photos, I know.
The first thing that springs to mind are that both these behaviours are related to stress in the dog. The most likely source of stress is lack of security in the pack structure. Have a think about what the dog is allowed and not allowed to do - behaviours that are allowed that also raise the status of the dog within the pack, such as getting on the sofa with you, sleeping on your bed, being greeted as soon as you walk into the room could be the cause. Try cutting these out for a week, very strictly, and if this is the cause of the stress the undesireable behaviour may get worse for a couple of days before resolving. (The reason for it getting worse is the dog checking that you really are as strong as you suddenly seem, when you don't relax your behaviour the dog will feel secure and the stress will lift.)
