I am so very happy for you that you found a second loving home after the sad passing of your first beloved human :(. I bet your first mom is smiling from above, watching her favorite Squeaky/Bob as he continues to light up the lives of others, bringing all that wonderful joy and love he has to offer. :) That calm, confident Cattitude of yours made quite the impression when your family was trying to decide who to adopt.
