Just a 'poem' a wrote today after my second period exam. :)
Thought i'd share... as well as one picture I took last night.
all day i contemplate, statements like insects whirl - thoughtless blunders, spoken but, long-gone.. I haven't forgotten. There's no way they will be gone for eternity.
but, sometimes the remain hidden. Behind the tears that bleed into the soil.. mixing with dirt and rubbish where they belong. Hidden where they belong, because they have no value... or maybe i belong
a quick moment of relief, a brief sigh - mere but oh so sweet. Hold on, somebody's coming. Act normal again, make clear of your hideous emotions which swallow you whole. The salty misery which sends you to your grave. Don't make eye contact or else. Or else it will start all over again, and they'll pretend like they care and ask What's the matter? The matter is, and will always be. The thoughts and words spoken to me, the lies, the deceptions.
But, maybe one day.
Her smile will be blissfully true.
